This 5th annual event, which is hosted by The Tapping Solution, begins in earnest on February 4th but started releasing pre-launch videos on January 14th.
For those unfamiliar with 'tapping,' this whole event is designed to guide you through the process of releasing the blocks that are holding you back in life. This is done via the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), which involves tapping meridian points on your body .
Many people have sought and found physical and emotional relief and release using this method. It helps to clear away negative thoughts and emotions, some of which you may not even realize that you've been lugging around since childhood. The result is that you dissolve resistance and come more fully balanced energetically.
This year, there are 20 speakers giving presentations over ten days. You'll have 24 hours to access the lessons free of charge. The first pre-launch video is a very short interview with Louise Lay, meant to whet your appetite for the program.
You may find attending the summit helpful. It works quickly, doesn't cost you anything and a lot of people have really benefited from using EFT.
The nice thing about an online event is that you can participate from the comfort and privacy of your own home. You can let go of feeling self-conscious while tapping.
In addition to the free sessions, you given the opportunity to purchase products, such as mp3s and DVDs but of course, you don't have to.
